At Home Textiles, we strive to provide high-quality bedding and home textile products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return and refund policy under the following terms:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customized or sale items (if applicable)
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability.
